Description
The Family Business Report 2011 is based on a study that covers firms listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and presents detailed statistics on family firm importance, ownership structure, board structure and director profiles, with the aim of teasing out family governance practices. This report is a joint initiative between CGIO – whose expertise is on research regarding governance practices in Singapore, and FBN Asia – which seeks to create a community of enlightened family businesses that serve as a model of sustainability.

The Singapore Board Diversity Report 2011, raises awareness among the industry regarding the issue of boardroom diversity. It provides an in-depth analysis of female directorship representation in SGX-listed companies. This report is a joint initiative between CGIO – whose expertise is on research regarding governance practices in Singapore, and BoardAgender – an outreach arm of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) Women’s Register initiative.
