May Lwin (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor in the Department of Marketing at NUS Business School. Having previously worked at Citibank N.A. and with Ogilvy and Mather Advertising, her teaching subjects at NUS Business School include promotions and retail management. Her research has dealt with advertising regulations and ethics as well as advertising in cross-cultural contexts. She has published in a number of international and regional journals, co-authored a book on marketing cases in Asia, and contributed to other major marketing texts.
